5 Day Vipassana/ Mindfulness Retreat – Join Guest Meditation Teacher, Gary Steinberg of Stone Mountain Meditation Center and Cindy Ricardo, LMHC, Certified Mindfulness and Gentle Yoga Instructor , on Oct. 29th-Nov 2nd, 2020 for a wonderful opportunity to deepen knowledge and experience of the transformational practice of Insight Meditation and Compassion practices. This retreat will take place at the peaceful Casa San Carlos Retreat Center, located in Delray Beach, Fl. The price includes accommodations (with the exception of Commuter option), all teachings, teacher support meetings, gourmet vegetarian meals prepared on site and snacks, sound healing, Gentle Mindful Yoga and more.

Sunday Weekly Mindfulness Meditation CirclePlease join us for our weekly Sunday mindfulness meditation group, from 11am-12:30pm in the MedSpa Suites in Coral Springs, Fl. 33065 (click on link above) as we explore the many positive benefits of this peaceful and grounding practice. There will be basic instruction, a dharma talk on a topic related to mindfulness and a mindful inquiry period. During this group we learn to: * Alleviate stress and suffering by developing your capacity to stay in the present. * Open to the breath, body and emotions through guided meditations. * Cultivate the healing and connecting power of opening your heart to life, love and experience, through Compassion and Loving Kindness. Coming into stillness helps deepen our connection with life.

Mindfulness   – An opportunity to deepen knowledge and experienced of Insight Meditation. This is a teacher led event with short Dharma talks and 20-30 minute intervals of formal seated, walking, eating and Loving Kindness Meditation. We end with period of mindful inquiry and sharing encouraging all to ask questions, comments or share their experience of the practice. Beginning to experienced meditators are welcome.


Introduction to Mindfulness and Compassion Practices – Next date is April 2nd to May 7th, 2020. To register go to EventBrite – Intro to Mindfulness & Compassion Practices – An opportunity to learn more about these transformative and healing practices in a classroom setting. The classes are held for 6 consecutive (unless otherwise noted) Thursdays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm and consist of short lectures, videos, interactive exercises, guided meditations and ending with a period of mindful inquiry. There are practices assigned in between sessions to help build the skills o of Mindfulness and Compassion. The course includes a half day free Day of Mindfulness Event on a Saturday .
